Orders & Shipping
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 2–5 business days to arrive in Quebec, and 5–7 business days elsewhere in Canada. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Returns & Refunds
Returns of new (non-defective) products are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be undamaged, in their original packaging, and free of labels, pen marks, etc. Visit the “Return Policy” section for more details.
To proceed with a return, the requester must:
• Fill out the Return Authorization Form
• Wait for an email from Biofloral containing a return authorization with an RMA number
• Pack the product to be returned, include a copy of the email received, and ship the package to Biofloral using the carrier of your choice, at your expense.
Yes, return shipping costs must be covered by the requester.
