This is a replacement Golf Filter Case designed to be inserted into the pipe end inside the reservoir after the pipe is pushed through the Top Hat Grommet. It can be easily serviced and will float to the surface if it detaches from the tube. However, this issue can be avoided by ensuring the filter is firmly pushed into the tube.
